Omg that doctor is awful 😭 my biggest fear is having a serious medical issue and having to deal with butthole doctors :/
although, it’s definitely worth looking into survival rates/reoccurance rates — my friend had lymphoma or something like that and his cancer treatment was not fun (he had to do chemo) but the success rate of the treatment at his stage was 90%. He was fine. He did a bunch of research on what to expect and his attitude was basically to treat it as business as usual, but he’s also kind of an emotionally restrained person… but it’s much better than stressing over something that’s likely going to be fine.
Sounds like your chances of being fine are high, and also sounds like that doctor was really mean and emotionally in adept. Glad you’re okay. Don’t let the meanie doctor freak you out.
Thanks, Laura! I mentioned the surgery to cure me in the post, but I published it before the pathology reports came back confirming I'm cancer free. And I am! Now I'm just super grateful for my enhanced perspective on life (and the joke material).
wow, thank you for sharing that experience and best wishes!
Thanks so much!
Your positivity is inspiring; you put the Can in Cancer.
And you're a July baby, so you were born to tag along for this adventure.
I’ll probably die of crabs.
All of that Old Bay, you're basically challenging the crabs to surf on your turf.
Old Bae ❤️ 🦀

Awesome!! I’m so glad to hear ❤️
Me too!
I am glad that you are ok, Gabriel. If you can quit smoking, you can quit anything in your life that is unhealthy or no longer serves! You leveled up.
Thank you, my friend! You're spot on. In a way, my journey out of addiction was a blessing in its own right.
